How do I know if an artist is available for my event date?
You can check real-time availability directly on the artist’s profile calendar. Once you submit a booking inquiry, the artist or their manager will confirm their availability within 24 hours.
Does the booking fee include sound systems and travel?
Typically, the “Performance Fee” covers only the artist’s performance. Costs for the Technical Rider and Hospitality Rider are usually charged separately. You can view these requirements on the artist’s profile or discuss them during the negotiation phase.
What is the payment process and is my money secure?
To confirm a booking, you must pay a 25%–50% deposit through our secure online portal (supporting Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Credit Cards). This deposit is held in escrow and only released to the artist after the performance. The remaining balance is typically settled on the day of the event before the performance begins.
Can I request specific songs or a customized performance?
Absolutely! Most Pakistani artists are happy to accommodate 2–3 specific song requests (such as a special entry song for a Mehndi or a corporate anthem). Please mention these requests at the time of booking so the artist has sufficient time for rehearsals.
What happens if the artist cancels or doesn't show up?
In the rare event of an artist cancellation (e.g., medical emergency), the platform provides a 100% refund of your deposit. Additionally, our dedicated support team will prioritize finding a replacement artist of similar caliber and style to ensure your event proceeds smoothly.
Is there a cancellation policy if I need to change my plans?
Yes. If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, depending on the artist’s specific policy. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are generally non-refundable to compensate the artist for the blocked date.
Can I book an artist for an international event outside Pakistan?
Yes, many of our featured artists perform globally. However, for international bookings, the client is responsible for all visa processing, international airfare, and local transport. We recommend starting the process at least 8 weeks prior to the event to allow for visa approvals.
Are there any hidden taxes or platform service fees?
Transparency is our priority. The price quoted by the artist is their performance fee. Our platform adds a small service fee (typically 5-10%) to cover secure payment processing and 24/7 coordinator support.
Can I meet the artist or their manager before making a payment?
While we facilitate initial communication through our messaging system to keep records secure, we can arrange a virtual meeting or a phone call once a serious inquiry is placed.
